Information › Fairground Paulo Correia de Lima

The Fairground Paulo Correia Lima is an architectural work of singular beauty and considered a rarity in the genre.

With an innovative style, the place was opened in March 1945, serving as a venue for major exhibitions and agricultural products to be chosen by the Independent Club - club that promotes independent party pawn cowboy - to be the venue of the festival Cowboy from 1956 until 1984, then being the birthplace of Brazilian Rodeo.

Situated Square Nove is now home of The Independent Scouts Polo Barry after the party taking the pawn larger proportions, and the need for a larger place.

The venue still hosts the festival of champions, Brazilian traditional event which is celebrated annually.
